KELECHI GODWIN AZUIKE

Kelechi has several years of experience in modern agriculture, pharmaceutical practice, and oil and gas. Cutting across the United States and Nigeria. Among his accomplishments is his service as a member of the Board of Directors of Imo State Modern Poultry Avutu, Imo State and Chairman, Board of Directors of Imo State University Teaching Hospital Orlu, Imo State. He is currently the Chairman of International Consolidated Limited an oil and gas services company. He also served in the Board of Directors of Oil and Gas Free Zone Authority. His distinguished career in business makes him stand out as a veteran, giving top notch direction to the Board of Directors of JP Agro Limited.

DR. PAULINE IGWE

Dr. Pauline Igwe is a member of the Board of JP Agro Limited and the current Chief Executive Officer / Managing Director of the company. She has been in global business for over 30 years in the United States and Nigeria. With a robust training in business administration and finance, economics, and education, Dr. Pauline brings a dynamic appeal to agro-business. She is experienced in planning and business development, creating short range and long range plans for projects, company management, systems compliance, and staff and operations coordination. She manages business funds amounting to over $350M and  manages over 300 staff. Dr. Igwe is also actively involved in voluntary humanitarian endeavors. Supporting her on the board of JP Agro are professionals who have made their marks in various chosen careers including Agriculture, Agronomy, Engineering, Accounting, and development Economics.

DR. JOSEPH-KEVIN IGWE

Dr. Joseph Igwe is a board member of JP Agro Limited, he has extensive experience in molecular and cellular biology. Dr. Igwe is a global health scholar, providing health care services across the globe. He has delivered medical services in family health, pediatrics, emergency care, and other medical fields. He has been a volunteer through the years rendering humanitarian and social aid in different capacities. He brings his experience to bear in JP Agro Limited advising on product quality and corporate social responsibility.

DR. RICHARD ONWUKA EGBULE

Dr. Egbule is a board member of JP Agro Limited. He recently retired from public service in Nigeria, having serviced for over 15 years as the executive chairman of the National Salaries, Incomes and Wages Commission (NSIWC). An Economist and an astute administrator, Dr. Egbule has held several leadership positions in government and is actively involved in humanitarian projects across the (globe).

PRINCE CHIKEZIE EGBUNA OKOLI

Mr. Okoli is the Farm Administrator and directly manages the JP Agro Limited Farm Project. He has over 20 years of agro consulting experience.  Servicing many private sector companies and government establishments. He is an alumnus of the University of Port-Harcourt and a seasoned agriculture consultant. He has undertaken professional training on commercial rice production and fisheries, tropical vegetable seeds adaptations and shrimp farming in Thailand. He has worked in Nigeria and Thailand on various aspects of agriculture including technology-transfer initiative, agricultural community development, agriculture value chain projects and agricultural extension services. He has been working to develop commercial rice production in Imo State and Nigeria for several years. Notably, was his service as a member of the Board of Directors of Roche Group, an Irish Conglomerate, with operations in structural/civil construction and agro-business, Managers of Imo Palm Plantation (ADAPALM), a 4200 hectares oil palm plantation Estate, in Ohaji, Imo State. Chikezie over the past 5 years has developed commercial farms across five states in Nigeria - two western states and three eastern states including Imo State.

THAILAND TEAM

The Thai Team visits the JP Agro Farm throughout the year. They have trained staff and continue to maintain contact and provide advisory services to the workers of JP Agro Limited as needed. The farm is being managed by professionals from the JP Company in conjunction with the technical partners from Thailand. The Nigeria partners are in charge of administration, farm management, and marketing while the Thai partners are in charge of technical supply, mechanical training, operations and research.
